We use your pet’s usual gear, leash, harness, food, meds, etc. to keep things familiar and comfortable. We’ll always have poop bags on us, so no need to worry about those!

We aim to provide consistent care, so whenever possible, you’ll have the same person visiting your pet each time. If there’s ever a chance, we’ll let you know in advance so you always know what to expect.

We do our best to accommodate last minute and same-date requests, depending on availability. A small surcharge will apply for last-minute or after-hours visits.

We totally understand, not every pet is instantly comfortable with new people or routines. Our meet-and-greet helps ease the transition, and our team is experienced with shy, anxious, or reactive pets. We’ll always go at your pet’s pace to build trust and connection.
