FAQs

  • We use your pet’s usual gear, leash, harness, food, meds, etc. to keep things familiar and comfortable. We’ll always have poop bags on us, so no need to worry about those!

  • We aim to provide consistent care, so whenever possible, you’ll have the same person visiting your pet each time. If there’s ever a chance, we’ll let you know in advance so you always know what to expect.

  • We do our best to accommodate last minute and same-date requests, depending on availability. A small surcharge will apply for last-minute or after-hours visits.

  • We totally understand, not every pet is instantly comfortable with new people or routines. Our meet-and-greet helps ease the transition, and our team is experienced with shy, anxious, or reactive pets. We’ll always go at your pet’s pace to build trust and connection.
