Our Meet & Greet Process

At Astoria Fetch, we believe that great pet care starts with a great connection. That’s why we offer a complimentary meet & greet for all new dog walking clients in Astoria and Long Island City. It’s our chance to meet you, get to know your pup and make sure we’re the perfect fit for your routine.

What to Expect

  1. Scheduling Your Meet & Greet

    Once you get in touch, we’ll find a time that works for you. Meet & Greets typically take place at your home, where your dog feels most secure. We want to see them in their element!

  2. Getting to Know You & Your Dog

    We’ll spend about 20–30 minutes getting to know you and your dog. From energy levels to personality quirks, favorite toys to daily routines, we want to learn everything that makes your pup special and how we can make sure our time together is the best it can be.

  3. Ask Us Anything

    This is also your time to ask questions, about our dog walking services, safety protocols, communication updates, or anything else. We’re an open book and want you to feel completely comfortable

  4. Paperwork & Logistics

    We'll review our service agreement, discuss pricing (don't worry, we'll have our full price list handy!), and go over important details like key access and emergency contacts. We'll make sure all the necessary information is gathered to provide the best possible care.

  5. Building Trust from Day One
